Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in retail fit-out projects. The role requires someone who can independently generate new business, establish client relationships, and deliver sales targets in the interior fit-out sector.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new clients in the retail sector (malls, showrooms, stand-alone shops, restaurants, caf?s, and offices).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team (Quantity Surveyor & Draftsman) for proposals and presentations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development or sales in the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong client network in retail, mall projects, and stand-alone outlets (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to bring in clients without direct guidance.
• Valid transferable Iqama preferred.
