URGENT: Hiring MEP Foreman - Construction Projects - Khobar – Driving License Required

We are looking for an experienced MEP Foreman to join our team in Dammam/Khobar.

Job Responsibilities:

– Supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems

– Review technical drawings and ensure proper implementation

– Assign daily tasks to MEP technicians and monitor work progress

– Conduct inspections, testing (continuity, megger, functional), and commissioning

– Handle panel dressing, cable termination, conduit/tray installation (PVC, EMT, RGC)

– Coordinate with AV and Interior teams for integrated installations

– Maintain safety and quality standards on site

– Submit daily reports and ensure materials are available as per specs

Requirements:

– Minimum 12–15 years of MEP site supervision experience (interior & AV-integrated projects preferred)

– Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP Engineering

– Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office

– Good understanding of ELV systems and basic AV coordination

– Valid Saudi Driving License is required

– Good command of English (Urdu, Hindi, or Arabic is a plus)

– Transferable Iqama is mandatory

– Candidate must be inside Saudi Arabia
