Procurement Specialist

Procurement Specialist Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement Management, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
– Good knowledge of procurement systems in both government and commercial sectors.
– Strong background in the SABER platform and conformity certificate procedures.
– Experience in dealing with international suppliers, negotiating prices, and payment terms.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
– Ability to prepare and follow up on RFQs, bids, and contracts.
– Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– 21days annual leave.
– Salary from 4,000 SAR to 6,000 SAR (including housing and transportation), depends on experience and interview.
– Medical insurance.
– 1 year contract, renewable.
– Valid Iqama with at least 3 months validity and?transferable
