Project Sales- MEP Materials (2 To 3 Year Experience)

Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotations based on project requirements.
• Technical Coordination: Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure proposals are technically feasible and competitive.
• Negotiations & Closing: Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable project sales.
• Project Handover: Coordinate smooth handover of sold projects to the project execution team, ensuring clear documentation and client expectations.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy.
• Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred for senior roles).
• Experience: 3–7 years in project-based sales, preferably in [industry, e.g., construction, industrial equipment, Oil and Gas].
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand technical specifications and project requirements.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals while maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Project Management Awareness: Familiarity with timelines, budgets, and risk considerations in project delivery.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events
