We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Coordinator with proven experience in manpower supply and equipment rental services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to increase market presence.
• Identify and approach potential clients in construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate with operations team for manpower & equipment mobilization.
• Maintain strong client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🔹 Requirements:
• Experience in Manpower Supply & Equipment Rental sector (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi market & industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).
