Storekeeper required
• Supervising and coordinating all subordinate drivers and workers’ activities, which include storing, receiving, shipping, picking of items.
• Ensures employee compliance with food safety protocols and standards.
• Segregating orders into delivery routes. Ensuring products for delivery are routed to the appropriate clients.
• Maintains quality expectations and standards required from the QC department.
• Supervises inbound deliveries to ensure accuracy.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensuring trucks meet food safety requirements in terms of cleanliness and performance of cooling unit.
• Sending status reports regarding deliveries to clients from all LOBs
• Monitors and tracks the progress of deliveries through GPS system
• Supervises document preparations for transfer to other departments/shipping
• Monitors maintenance of vehicles (e.g. checking condition of delivery vehicle each morning, making minor adjustments when necessary.) for the purpose of ensuring compliance of health/safety guidelines.
• Completion and filing of invoices and conveying to the Finance department.
• Manages Training and development of staff to ensure all employees are adequately skilled and experienced to perform all required duties.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications required by this position:
• Full High School.

• 2-3 years including at least 2 years in a similar role.
