Key Responsibilities
1) Production (End-to-End)

Daily plan execution: Produce the scheduled quantities (typical plan: 150 cheesecake jars; 3 chocolate crunch trays; 3 dates puddings; 3 frozen caramel trays; 5 each of Berry Cheesecake, Honey Cake, Pecan Pie, Royal Sand), or as updated by the manager.

WIP stages: Follow defined stages and scan/log each stage in Odoo:
Base Prep → Mixing → Filling → Baking (where applicable) → Cooling/Freezing → Topping/Decoration → Packaging.

Batch control: Set up mixer batches (jars/creams/cake batters), oven cycles (cakes/pies/trays), and cooling times exactly per SOP.

Finishing quality: Level layers, neat edges, consistent piping, clean labels/boxes; all products must match photos/specs.

Shelf-life handling: Chill/set cheesecakes & jars to spec; freeze caramel trays promptly; rotate FIFO.
