Mechanical Pump Technician-Experience In The Oil And Gas Field- Location: Al Khafaji

???️ Core Responsibilities
Operate and monitor pumps to transfer oil, gas, and other fluids between vessels and pipelines.

Inspect, maintain, and repair various pump types including centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating pumps.

Connect pipelines and hoses using hand tools to ensure proper flow paths.

Start, regulate, and shut down pumps using valves and control systems.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform diagnostics to identify faults.

Record operational data such as flow rates, pressures, and maintenance logs.

Collaborate with team members via radio or signal to coordinate pump operations.

???? Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with rotating equipment, AC/DC motors, and control systems.

Ability to read technical schematics and follow safety protocols.

Experience with SCADA systems and MODBUS communication is a plus.

Certifications like OSHA or NFPA 70 arc flash may be required.

Typically requires a high school diploma or GED; on-the-job training is common
