We Are Hiring For Nursery Engineer-Landscape Horticultural Engineer

1- Academic Qualifications
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in agricultural sciences, specializing in (Horticulture or Ornamental Plants and Landscaping or Plant Production and Protection) or any specialization related to the required field of work.

2- Work Experience
Experience in managing agricultural nurseries, landscaping, sites decoration and indoor botanical gardens, ornamental plants production, fruits and flowers of various types, not less than 8 years’ experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3- Administrative and Leadership Experiences
> Managing the nursery work team and supervising agricultural technicians.
> Organizing the daily operations of the nursery and ensuring smooth workflow while taking into the high quality.
> Skills in planning and developing strategies for nursery development and increasing productivity.
> Ability to introduce and use modern technologies in nursery management, plant propagation and annual flowers production.

4 – Technical Skills
> Extensive knowledge of plants suitable for the Saudi environment such as ornamental plants, fruits and local plants.
> Familiarity with modern irrigation techniques to conserve water resources.
> Experience in plant propagation methods, transportation, planting, pruning, maintenance and preservation.
>Extensive experience in pest, insect and various plant diseases control operations.
>Ability to operate and maintain modern agricultural equipment and greenhouses, shade houses and their irrigation systems.
