Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with proven experience in Manpower Hiring and Equipment Rental services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new clients for manpower supply and equipment rental services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients in line with company policies.

Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in Jubail and the Eastern Province.

Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure timely mobilization of manpower and delivery of equipment.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within manpower hiring and/or equipment rental sector in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of Jubail and Eastern Province market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English (Arabic will be an added advantage).

Valid Saudi Driving License (mandatory).

Transferable Iqama preferred.
