POSITION BASIC INFOMATION
Job Description
To carry out the maintenance activities as planned to ensure smooth production.
RESPONSBILITIES
Attend the maintenance calls and rectify the problems.
Carryout equipment maintenance as planned and update the records.
Make sure the required tools & equipment’s are available.
Update the records upon completion of preventive / breakdown maintenance.
Communicating existing and potential issues with the Senior Technician and most often maintenance manager.
Solving electrical, and hydraulic issues on various production and facility equipment.
Reading, analysing, and interpreting technical procedures, electrical schematics, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance work.
Assembling/installing new machines, condition monitoring sensors, equipment, etc.
Conduct routine inspection of the machineries in the factory.
Performing a variety of routine maintenance tasks.
Abiding by different safety measures and policies
