Description
We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to technical specifications and tolerances.

Responsibilities
• Set up and operate the lathe machines according to production specifications and schedule.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to determine machining processes.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality of finished products.
The knowledge of fabrication is must like ( Grinding, Buffing, Cutting etc.)
• Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain specified tolerances.
• Perform regular maintenance.
• Inspect and measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with dimensional specifications.
• Maintain accurate logs of production runs, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a lathe machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
