Graphic Designer Cum Machine Operator

n individual in this role will typically manage our variety of machine, oversee work flow and processes for the Advertising Agency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties
• Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available
• Effectively monitor production equipment
• Assist the shop technicians and materials clerk as necessary
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
• Maintain a safe and clean work space
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
– Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
– Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and inter-departments, as necessary.
– Communicating with clients about layout and design.
– Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and guidelines with relevant software.
– Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
– Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
– Keeping track records with versions.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, and other related fields.
• Proven machine operator experience of at least 2-4 years. preferably within an advertising agency, marketing team, or similar environment
• If have experience in graphic designer is added advantage
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, After Effect, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) is added advantage
• Being Bilingual (English and Arabic) is an added advantage
