Urgently Need! Senior Quantity Surveyor (Precast Housing Experience Only)

Leads cost planning, contract management, and financial reporting for precast housing and villa projects. Ensures budget adherence, risk mitigation, and strategic procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and validate detailed cost plans and budgets for precast and civil works.
– Lead tendering process, including scope definition, bid analysis, and contract negotiation.
– Manage subcontractor claims, variations, and final accounts.
– Advise on procurement strategy and cost-saving opportunities.
– Oversee compliance with Saudi building codes and labor law in all contractual matters.
– Mentor junior QS staff and coordinate with finance and project teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
8–12 years in QS roles, with 5+ years in precast or housing projects
RICS, CIOB, or Saudi Council of Engineers registration
CostX, Candy, MS Project, ERP systems, advanced Excel
Strong negotiation, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination
