Operation Manager (Preferably Arab National)

We are looking for a Operation Manager (Preferably Arab National) to join our team in a luxury restaurant in Riyadh (Local Recruitment Only)

Job Details:
• Salary: Up to 10,000 SAR (To be finalize during interview)
• Duty Hours: 8 hours + 1-hour break (Total 9 hours)
• Weekly Day-Off: 1 day per week

Overtime Policy:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Manage budgets, resources, and cost-control measures.
• Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.
• Lead, train, and support teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
