We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor with an active sales team to join our growing company specializing in plastic products such as trash bags, table covers, storage bags and other disposable items.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage your sales team to achieve targets.
Develop and expand our market presence for plastic products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify new sales opportunities and close deals.
Report sales performance and strategies to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales of plastic/disposable products.
Strong leadership skills with an existing sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven and result-oriented.
