Staffing Requirements & Trials
• Hosts
• 5x (Saudi Nationals, Female, English-speaking)
• Salary: 4,000 SAR / month
• Runners
• 20x (Majority Male Filipinos, few Female)
• Salary: 2,500 SAR / month
• Waiters
• 3x (Male or Female)
• Salary: 3,000 SAR / month
• Cooks / Chefs
• 10x (Any Nationality)
• Salary: 3,500 SAR / month

Work Conditions
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including break)
• Working Days: 6 days per week, 1 day off
• Agreement Duration: 6 months

Trials & Approvals
• All names and pictures of candidates must be provided in advance for permit and approval.
• Candidates must attend trials well-groomed and dressed in formal attire.
• Final Trial Date: Wednesday , 1 October 2025
• Timing: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• Format: Physical trials where candidates will perform/work as if on duty, for management to evaluate and approve.

Following the trials, a final sheet of approved candidates will be shared, and work will commence immediately.
