Job Summary:
The Salesman for International Distribution is responsible for developing and managing overseas sales of automatic doors, including sliding, swing, and industrial door systems. The role focuses on identifying new international markets, managing distributor relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company’s products in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s international market share for automatic doors.
Identify, contact, and establish relationships with potential distributors, agents, and partners in target countries.
Maintain strong relationships with existing international clients and distributors to ensure long-term business growth.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts for international clients.
Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements.
Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events to promote company products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, logistics coordination, and export documentation.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in automatic doors, building materials, or industrial equipment.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing international clients or distributors.
Strong understanding of export processes, Incoterms, and logistics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Ability to travel internationally as required.
