Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a qualified Estimation Engineer to join our team.

Position: Estimation Engineer
Location: Dammam
Reports to: Business Development Manager
Objective:

To estimate the value of projects being tendered as part of the Business Development function.
✅ Qualification & Experience:

B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory – candidates without a degree will not be entertained)
3–5 years of relevant experience in estimation within civil/infrastructure/building projects
🔑 Roles & Responsibilities:

Scrutinize and review tender documents
Evaluate tender drawings and schedules
Float enquiries to suppliers/manufacturers & follow up for quotations
Conduct comparison studies and negotiate with suppliers (technical & commercial)
Perform value engineering studies in line with budget constraints
Maintain suppliers/manufacturers database
Delegate tasks for quantity take-offs & verify quantities
Prepare pricing for infrastructure and building works
Assist in compiling tender submissions & pre-qualification documents
