As the Yemeni Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of authentic Yemeni dishes. This role requires expertise in traditional cooking techniques, ensuring consistency in flavor, and high standards of food presentation.

Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Yemeni dishes, including popular favorites like Mandi, Zurbian, Fahsa, Saltah, and more.

Proven experience as a chef specializing in authentic Yemeni cuisine.
Extensive knowledge of Yemeni cooking techniques, spices, and traditional recipes.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders during peak times.
Strong attention to detail and passion for Yemeni food.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
