We are currently in the process of finalizing an independent “IT consultancy partner” for Abdulmohsin Altheyab & Partners (ATA) to support the design and technical oversight of our new headquarters’ IT infrastructure in Riyadh.

If your firm’s capabilities align with our requirements, ATA may select you as our consulting partner for this project — with a clear scope limited strictly to design and consultancy services. Please note that the consulting partner will not be involved in the actual implementation or supply process.

The consultancy scope will include:

A comprehensive design package, covering the full office IT infrastructure, including the Data Center.

Evaluation of current and near-future requirements, ensuring scalability and flexibility for future expansion.

Preparation of a complete vendor-agnostic design and RFP package suitable for tendering.

Technical oversight during the implementation phase — to monitor, evaluate, and guide the implementation firm, ensuring the design is executed accurately and efficiently.

We kindly ask you to provide a formal offer outlining your scope, methodology, timeline, and consultancy fees.
Please also include detailed information about the team members who would be assigned to work with ATA — their qualifications, certifications, and relevant project experience will be a key factor in our evaluation.
