**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **Quantity Surveyor** to join a high-profile infrastructure/construction project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, procurement, valuation of work done, and contractual administration to ensure project profitability and compliance with Saudi regulations and international standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
– Prepare **Bill of Quantities (BOQ)**, cost estimates, and tender documents
– Conduct **quantity take-offs** from drawings (AutoCAD/Revit/BIM)
– Perform **cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting**
– Evaluate and negotiate **variation orders**, claims, and EOT submissions
– Manage **interim valuations**, payment applications, and final accounts
– Procure subcontractors and materials in line with project specifications
– Ensure compliance with **Saudi Building Code (SBC)**, FIDIC contracts, and local authority requirements
– Prepare **monthly cost reports** and cash flow projections
– Mitigate risks through value engineering and cost control measures
– Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives
**Qualifications & Experience**
– **Bachelor’s Degree** in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
– **Minimum 7 years** of post-qualification experience in construction (infrastructure, high-rise, or roads preferred)
– **GCC experience mandatory** (Saudi Arabia preferred)
– **MRICS or equivalent certification** is highly desirable
– Proficient in **CCS Candy, CostX, or Primavera**
– Strong knowledge of **FIDIC Red/Yellow Book** contracts
– Experience with **BIM-integrated QS processes** is an advantage
### **Skills & Competencies**
– Excellent analytical and numerical skills
– Strong negotiation and contract administration
– Fluent in **English** (Arabic is a plus)
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Valid driving license (preferred)
