REQUIRED Construction Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
-     Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Civil and Building works and project execution, preferably in security, infrastructure, or industrial facilities.
-     Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities across multiple disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, and security systems).
-     Interface with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
-     Monitor construction progress, manage schedules, and report on key performance indicators and milestones.
-     Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
-     Review and approve construction submittals, shop drawings, and material certifications.
-     Support resolution of field issues, including coordination of design changes and site adjustments.
-     Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on site.
-     Assist in budget tracking, cost control, and change management processes.
-     Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-discipline construction projects.
-     Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), and contract administration.
-     Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
