Customer Service Associate
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Track orders, manage returns, and coordinate with relevant departments
Maintain accurate customer records in the system
Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution
Support the sales and operations team as needed
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a customer service or related role
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in logistics, warehouse, food industry or retail sectors
