Forman/Team Leader

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure efficient distribution workflows. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in warehouse operations, with a preference for those who have worked in distribution or fulfillment centers. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone proactive, organized, and team-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
Ensure accuracy in inventory handling and proper stock management
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety goals
Monitor performance and provide training or coaching as needed
Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams for timely order fulfillment
Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies
Prepare shift reports and maintain operational documentation

Requirements
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations
Experience in distribution, fulfillment, or logistics environments is highly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic computer skills (MS Office, WMS systems)
Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good command of English (written and verbal)
