AutoCAD Draftsman (RTR Piping Installation)
Job Overview
We are hiring a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to support our design and construction teams in developing detailed drawings for RTR (Reinforced Thermosetting Resin) piping and Stormwater Network projects.
The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing, revising, and organizing drawings for Tender, IFC, Shop, and As-Built stages while ensuring full compliance with standards and smooth coordination between design and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate RTR piping layouts, Stormwater network layouts, isometric drawings, and installation details using AutoCAD.
• Develop trench sections, alignment drawings, manhole details, and joint/fitting details according to project and manufacturer standards.
• Prepare detailed Stormwater manhole drawings, including inlet/outlet pipes, benching, sump details, cover levels, invert levels, and hydraulic requirements.
• Revise and update Tender, IFC, Shop, and As-Built drawings under the directions of the Design Engineer.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, RTR material standards, stormwater design requirements, and client standards.
• Manage and organize drawings in DWG, PDF, and IFC formats with proper version control.
• Coordinate with site engineers to incorporate redline markups and develop accurate as-built drawings.
• Maintain a structured drawing register and support document control for proper drawing submissions.
• Mandatory: Candidate must have strong, proven experience in Stormwater Network Projects, especially manhole drawings under CON Utilities / Infrastructure works.

Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or ITI in Civil / Mechanical Drafting or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of experience in drafting for RTR/GRP/FRP piping and Stormwater / Utilities infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D; experience with Revit or Navisworks is an advantage.
• Good understanding of RTR piping systems, Stormwater manhole structures, fittings, and installation drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, levels, specifications, and utilities layouts.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and drawing presentation quality.
