Climb towers to install and align RF antennas, RRUs, and microwave dishes.

Perform MW link alignment and mechanical/electrical tilt adjustments.

Ensure proper cable routing, labeling, and weatherproofing on towers.

Follow strict working-at-height safety rules and 100% tie-off

Assist technicians with testing and ensure all tower work meets quality requirements 053 275 1914
