We are looking for Keeta Dashboard Supervisor with verified experience in the Keeta system, capable of managing delivery captains, tracking orders, and maintaining daily operational control

Full-time – Immediate Start

Requirements:

Proven experience with Keeta (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Keeta operations and workflow
Excellent captain management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and ensure continuous follow-up
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities:

Monitor live orders and driver activities on Keeta Dashboard
Ensure on-time deliveries and smooth operations
Communicate with drivers to handle delays or issues
Monitor and manage daily operations through Keeta
Coordinate schedules and track captain performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Submit operational reports and resolve issues immediately
