Requirements:

Strong knowledge in preparing croissants and general bakery items such as brioche and other pastries.

Experience in making cinnamon rolls (Cinnabon style) and honeycomb bread.

Familiarity with cheese fillings and various pastry fillings.

Preferably experienced in preparing donuts, or at minimum, has good knowledge in dough handling and is willing to be trained and guided by our team.
