About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical & Plumbing Field Engineer with strong construction-site experience to supervise contractor activities and ensure full compliance with client-approved mechanical and plumbing designs.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all on-site mechanical and plumbing construction activities.

Ensure contractor work complies with approved shop drawings, specifications, and project design.

Conduct inspections for MEP installations, materials, and equipment.

Review and evaluate technical submittals for mechanical and plumbing systems.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines.

Report daily/weekly progress, issues, and quality observations to the project team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

5–10 years of field construction experience in MEP works.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, drainage, HVAC, and firefighting systems.

Ability to read drawings and resolve site issues professionally.

Familiarity with international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, SMACNA).

Strong communication and supervision skills.
