We are looking for Captain Waiter urgently for an ongoing hospitality project in the Eastern Province, KSA.

Age limit: up to 35 years.

Experience: 5-7 Year’s rich experience in hospitality filed.

Salary: As per industry standards, also depending on candidate’s experience.

Language Speaking: English / Arabic / Hindi (Must be having good English communication skills)

Contract Period: Long Time

Joining: Immediately

Visa Status: Valid IQAMA and Transferable

Job Description:
** Supervises waiters, manages table service, handles VIP guests, and ensures smooth dining operations.
** Key duties include greeting guests, taking and serving orders, resolving complaints, overseeing service quality, and coordinating with kitchen staff, also involves staff training, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Smart & Well-Presented: Neat grooming and confident appearance suitable for premium hospitality.

Good Communication Skills: Clear, polite, and professional interaction with guests.

Customer Service Mindset: Friendly and focused on positive guest experience.

Hospitality Experience (Preferred): Prior hotel/restaurant experience is an advantage.

Fast Work Environment: Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy hours.

Professional Attitude: Punctual, disciplined, and committed to service quality.

Preferred Nationalities: English-speaking from Nepali, Indonesian, Filipino, Egyptian, Indian, Syria, Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen.
