Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Eastern Province. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving marketing strategies across our service lines, supporting business development initiatives, enhancing brand presence, and generating qualified leads in both B2B and B2C markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans for Cleaning, FM, and Industrial Services divisions.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, and social media engagement.
Create professional marketing materials, including brochures, capability statements, technical profiles, and presentations.
Support business development teams with proposals, prequalification documents, and tender submissions.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor project pipelines.
Prepare performance reports and monitor KPIs to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
4–6 years of marketing experience in Cleaning, FM, Industrial Services, Oil & Gas, or related sectors.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, content creation, and B2B lead generation.
Familiarity with the Eastern Province market.
Must hold a valid transferable Saudi Iqama and a Saudi driving license.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and content development.
