Sales Engineer — Electrical Switchgear (Project Sales, 2–3 Years)

Ambitious Sales Engineer with hands‑on technical sales experience in the electrical switchgear industry to generate leads, qualify projects, providing technical solutions, and close orders for medium‑to‑large projects.
This role partners with Business Development and Project Engineering to drive end‑to‑end project wins from first contact through technical clarifiactions.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or equivalent.

Experience: 2–3 years in project sales or technical sales within the electrical switchgear, MV/LV distribution, or power systems sector.

Commercial skills: Proven track record of generating leads and closing project orders; experience with RFP/RFQ processes.

Tools: Familiarity with CAD or electrical drawing review, MS Office, and CRM systems.

Soft skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, customer empathy, stakeholder management, and ability to travel for site visits.

Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Compensation: competitive base salary + performance bonus/commission tied to order value and win rate; benefits per company policy.

Travel: expected site visits and customer meetings regionally; clarify travel cadence during hiring
