Preschool Assistant Teacher (Female)

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Child Care Assistants to join our preschool team in the new academic year 20025/2026.
You will play a crucial role in nurturing the intellectual and psychological development of our young learners.

* Creating a safe, healthy, and engaging learning environment for the children.
* Establishing and enforcing rules of behavior in the classroom.
* Providing basic needs for the children, such as food, water, and rest.
* Providing a variety of tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities.
* Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of each child.
* Collaborating with other teachers and staff to develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of all children.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 3 years of experience working with young children in a child care setting.

* Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
