Job Purpose
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with strong sales and business development skills to support company growth by acquiring new projects, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Visit clients and project sites to understand requirements
• Prepare technical & commercial proposals (BOQ, costing, quotations)
• Market company services (Construction, Fit-Out, Exhibitions, Logistics)
• Develop and manage client relationships
• Follow up leads and close deals
• Coordinate with technical and execution teams after contract award

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–7 years of experience in the Saudi construction market
• Strong knowledge of costing, estimation, and project pricing
• Experience in sales, business development, or client handling
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driving license
