Draftsman

We are looking for a driven and experienced draftsman who wants to be part of our team. As a draftsman you will be working on producing plans, elevations and detailed drawings for our various interior design projects. You will be responsible for converting design concepts into precise technical drawings ensuring all details are accurately represented and compliant with our standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed technical drawings, plans and elevations for our projects using AutoCAD.
2. Ensure that drawings are accurate and well detailed as per our standards.
3. Revise and update drawings based on feedback from the design team and the clients.
4. Ensure that all drawings well coordinated and organised.
5. Assist in the preparation of rendered elevations and plans for design presentations.
6. Coordinate with other team members to ensure that project timelines are met.
7. Coordinate with various suppliers to ensure that all required details are clear.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in interior design, architecture or a related field.
2. Three years of experience as an AutoCAD draftsman or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge in AutoCAD software and technical drawings.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawing production.
5. A good understanding of interior design principles and production techniques.
6. An understanding of materials, their uses and possibilities.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and meet project deadlines.
