Business Development & Sales (Hands-on / Turnaround)
Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh + Al Khobar)
Type: Full-time (open to strong part-time/commission-based for the right person)
About the role
We’re a small group with two active businesses in KSA:
Pest Control
Restaurant (want to expand into catering)
To be transparent: sales is currently weak and we need someone who can build pipeline from scratch, create opportunities, and close deals. This is not a “sit and wait for leads” role — it’s a field + phone + relationship role.
What you’ll do
Generate leads and build a consistent pipeline (cold calling, visits, referrals, partnerships)
Close B2B service contracts for pest control (commercial / facilities / contractors / property managers)
Grow corporate catering & bulk orders for the restaurant (offices, companies, events)
Prepare quotes/proposals, follow up, negotiate, and close
Build and maintain a simple CRM + weekly sales reporting
Meet clear targets and improve month-by-month results
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in B2B sales / BD in Saudi Arabia (services is a big plus)
Strong communication and follow-up discipline (Arabic/English preferred)
Comfortable working in a lean environment with limited support
Self-starter mindset: problem-solver, not excuses
Saudi driving license + transferable iqama preferred
Willingness to travel when needed
Compensation
Basic salary + commission (based on experience and ability to deliver)
