Job Advertisement: FM Manager (Mechanical & Electrical)

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Manager with a strong background in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems to join our organization in Saudi Arabia.

Position: FM Manager – Mechanical & Electrical
Salary: 4,000 – 4,500 SAR
Nationality: Egyptian or Sudanese only
Location: Saudi Arabia
Industry: Facilities Management / Building Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) operations within assigned facilities

Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems

Plan, implement, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs

Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and schedules

Lead, supervise, and manage technical teams and supervisors

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management

Strong knowledge of M&E systems and building services

Experience in FM operations, maintenance contracts, and manpower management

Good communication and leadership skills

Gulf / Saudi Arabia experience preferred

Nationality: Egyptian or Sudanese only
