Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Equipment/Vehicle Maintenance Lead with a strong mechanical background to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you’ll oversee maintenance operations.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
– Conduct inspections and schedule maintenance activities.
– Analyze corrective maintenance issues and supervise projects.
– Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
– Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts.
– Lead and guide a team of maintenance technicians.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
– 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sector.
– Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and safety protocols
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Computer knowledge
