Urgent Hiring: Admin Assistant – Maintenance & Customer Service Coordination
(Immediate Joining Required)

Job Responsibilities:

– Assist with daily administrative tasks related to maintenance operations

– Coordinate between maintenance teams and customer service

– Handle customer queries professionally via Outlook and email

– Prepare reports, track data, and maintain records using Microsoft Excel

– Support management with documentation, follow-ups, and scheduling

– Ensure smooth communication between departments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

– Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

– Experience with Outlook and professional email writing

– Strong communication and coordination skills

– Ability to multitask and work independently

Language Requirements:

– Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

Preferred:

– Indian or Pakistani candidates preferred

– Prior admin or customer service experience

Salary & Benefits:

– Monthly Salary: 1,500 SAR / Month

– Food Allowance: 300 SAR / month

– Accommodation: Provide/Accommodation Allowance

Iqama: Transferable (Company will take transfer)
