We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and develop new clients and projects in Saudi Arabia

Bring MEP and Low Current projects through active business development

Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients

Attend client meetings, project discussions, and site visits

Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and prequalification documents

Coordinate with the technical and estimation team for project closure

Maintain a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects

Achieve monthly and yearly business targets

Required Activities:

Regular client meetings and follow-ups

Market research and lead generation

Networking with industry professionals

Project tracking from lead stage to award

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in construction / MEP / ELV

Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a strong closing ability

Valid driving license
