Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Surveying

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or mall construction projects

Proficient in Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS instruments

Strong experience in site setting out, leveling, and control points

Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

Experience in as-built surveys and coordination with consultants

Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data preparation

Familiar with shop drawings, BOQ quantities, and site measurements

Ability to coordinate with main contractor, subcontractors, and site engineers

Good reporting and documentation skills

Willing to work full-time on site
