About the Role
We are seeking skilled Telecom Rollout & Site Integration Engineers to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience integrating Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia mobile network equipment, as well as strong expertise in microwave transmission systems. This role is critical to ensuring smooth rollout, on‑air delivery, and quality integration of mobile network sites across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Site Installation, integration and commissioning for Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia RAN equipment (2G/3G/4G/5G).
Microwave link installation and alignment (Huawei RTN, Ericsson MINI-LINK, Nokia MW).
End-to-end site rollout coordination including installation, testing, and on‑air acceptance.
Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues during and after site activation.
Performing ATP, PAT, and quality audits as per operator standards.
Working closely with field teams, NOC, and vendor engineers to ensure timely delivery.
Preparing integration reports, logs, and documentation for project tracking and handover.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on integration experience with Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia RAN equipment.
Strong knowledge of microwave systems including link configuration, XPIC, ATPC, and QoS.
Experience with site commissioning tools (U2000, ENM, NetAct, etc.).
Understanding of telecom rollout processes including installation standards and safety.
Ability to interpret RF plans, BOQs, and site design documents.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
UAE experience or GCC telecom background preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or related field.
Vendor certifications (Huawei HCIA/HCIP, Ericsson Certified, Nokia NRS) are a plus.
