Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Film Machine Operator to operate and maintain film production machines, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate film/blown film/extrusion machines efficiently
Monitor production parameters and make necessary adjustments
Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting
Ensure product quality meets company standards
Follow safety procedures and production schedules
Maintain production records and reports

Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Film Machine Operator or similar role
Knowledge of film extrusion / blown film / plastic processing machines
Ability to read and understand machine settings and production instructions
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Physically fit and able to work in shift
Good communication and teamwork skills
