HVAC Engineer
Hiring: HVAC Engineer (MEP)
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer for our ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and specifications; coordinate with consultant/main contractor
Prepare method statements, material submittals, and work inspection requests (WIR/IR)
Supervise HVAC installation: ducts, chilled water piping, insulation, supports, dampers, diffusers/grilles, equipment installation
Coordinate with other trades (Electrical/Plumbing/Firefighting/Civil) to resolve clashes and site issues
Prepare and monitor project schedule, progress reports, and manpower planning
Ensure QA/QC compliance as per project requirements and applicable standards (ASHRAE / SMACNA)
Support testing & commissioning: pre-commissioning checklists, TAB coordination, functional testing, and handover documentation
Handle RFIs, site instructions, as-built drawings, and closeout documents
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3–7 years HVAC execution experience (GCC/KSA preferred)
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and site execution (ducting, piping, insulation, equipment)
Experience with submittals, inspections, and consultant coordination
Good communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
