📢 EQUIPMENT RENTAL REQUIREMENT NOTICE
United Awsal is seeking competitive quotations for the following heavy equipment with operators for Aramco projects across multiple sites in Saudi Arabia. All equipment must be in excellent working condition and fully compliant with Aramco standards.
📋 Equipment Required:
🚜 Motor Grader with Operator – 01 No.
📍 Location: Jeddah
👤 Client: Aramco
⚙️ Model: 2010 or above
🚜 Motor Grader with Operator – 03 Nos.
📍 Location: Afif
👤 Client: Aramco
⚙️ Model: 2010 or above
🚜 Motor Grader with Operator – 01 No.
📍 Location: Neom
👤 Client: Aramco
⚙️ Model: 2020 or above
⛟ Bulldozer D8 with Operator – 01 No.
📍 Location: Afif
👤 Client: Aramco
⚙️ Model: 2010 or above
🛻 Forklift 10 Tons (A/C) with Operator – 01 No.
📍 Location: Jubail
👤 Client: Aramco
⚙️ Model: 2012 or above
🛗 20-Meter Manlift – 02 Nos.
📍 Location: Riyadh
✅ Requirement: Must have valid TUV certification
📌 Key Terms & Conditions:
✅ FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and Mobilization/Demobilization will be under United Awsal.
✅ Project Duration: 3 months or more (extendable based on performance).
✅ Operators must be experienced, certified, and Aramco-approved.
✅ Equipment must be fully insured and well-maintained, with all relevant certifications.
✅ Quotation must include clear breakdown of rates (equipment + operator + fuel if applicable).
📩 Submission Details:
Interested and qualified suppliers are requested to submit their competitive quotation along with:
Company profile and previous client references (Aramco experience preferred)
Equipment pictures and maintenance records
TUV certificates for Manlifts (if applicable)
Commercial Registration (CR) and VAT certificate
