Rope Access Cleaner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Rope Access Cleaner to carry out high-level cleaning tasks on buildings and structures using rope access techniques. The role involves working at height to clean exterior surfaces while following strict safety standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-rise and difficult-access cleaning using rope access systems

Clean building fa?ades, windows, cladding, and other exterior surfaces

Safely install, inspect, and use rope access equipment

Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Identify and report any damage or hazards on structures

Maintain cleaning tools and rope access equipment

Work as part of a team and communicate clearly on site

Requirements:

Valid IRATA or SPRAT rope access certification (Level 1, 2, or 3)

Experience in rope access cleaning or similar height-related work

Strong understanding of working-at-height safety procedures

Physically fit and comfortable working at heights

Attention to detail and strong work ethic

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
