Duties & Responsibilities
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Responsible for generating revenue in equipment rental sales.
• Make cold calls for new business leads and keep prospective client databases updated.
• Research organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential market.
• Customer and site visits on regular basis for further developments and leads.
• Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish relationship.
• Develop quotes, business proposals and negotiating as per business and customer
requirements.
• Follow company guidelines, procedures for the acquisition of customers and finalizing deals.
• Liaison between customer and organization’s internal departments to ensure smooth
operations.
• Handle key accounts for rentals.
• Provide customer support and handle communications effectively.
• Manage and close customer businesses to achieve profitability.
• Ensure that customer requests are handled timely and accurately.
• Ensure to meet the KPI’s assigned by the Management
• Follow up with the Invoices and payment settlement.
Job Qualifications
• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Equipment Rental
• have good client base
• Market Research and Strategic Planning skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
• Experience in the equipment Rental sales in Heavy Earth Moving Equipment’s, Boom Trucks,
Mobile cranes ,Water Tankers, Fire Trucks, Mobile cranes , Forklift, Trailers, etc,.
• Should have the good client base
• Should be a Good team player
• Proven track record of the achievements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience:
• 10+ years of work experience in Business Development / Marketing Management
Preferably Heavy Equipment Rental industries in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in Business Management, Strategies, KPI’s, Client Management.
• Managing a team of Sales Executives.
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, research, and
resolve issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Windows-based
software.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively with
internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Intermediate data analysis skills to evaluate pricing, supply chain performance, and supplier
capabilities.
Additional Skills:
• Experience working with CRM systems, and project management tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, market trends, and supplier negotiations in KSA
