About the Role
ABCO Trading Company is seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer with strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage HR operations, support organizational growth, and ensure full compliance with Saudi employment standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations and employee relations

Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and other regulatory platforms

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Handle performance management and employee development initiatives

Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

Support management with HR reports and strategic planning

Lead disciplinary actions and conflict resolution professionally

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia

Strong understanding of Saudi labor rules and regulations

Experience with HR systems and government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, etc.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
