HR Administrative

Al-Kharj, Al Kharj, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking fir HR with strong expertise in Saudi Labor Law, government portals, employee documentation, and sponsorship transfers. The ideal candidate will oversee HR operations, ensure full legal compliance, and manage all government-related processes including Iqama, visas, Saudization, and regulatory requirements within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Ministry of Human Resources regulations.
• Manage employee contracts, policies, and HR documentation in accordance with local laws.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations legally and professionally.
• Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and end-of-service benefits calculations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.

Government Relations (PRO Responsibilities)
• Manage all activities related to Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, and other government portals.
• Process Iqama issuance/renewals, visa applications, work permits, and exit/re-entry visas.
• Handle sponsorship transfers and employee status changes.
• Maintain company records with relevant government authorities.
• Liaise with ministries and regulatory bodies as required.

Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate employee files and government records.
• Prepare HR reports and compliance audits.
• Ensure timely renewals of commercial registration, licenses, and company legal documents (if applicable).

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher, and related portals.
• Proven experience in managing sponsorship transfers and government documentation.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally.

Preferred Skills
• HR certification (CIPD or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience in multinational or medium-to-large organizations.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
